Lesson cancellation & no-show
Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson to keep your session credit. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the session (Admin may restore for exceptions).
- ≥24 hours notice — cancel without penalty; membership or package credit is restored.
- <24 hours or no-show — session is forfeited.
- Admin can override forfeits for hardship or club error.
- Package transfers: only the purchaser may use pack sessions (not spouses/guests).
